The Garage Complete Auto Care

This place was absolutely awesome! My daughter was driving home from New York to North Carolina and her car broke down on the side of the road. I had to find a garage in Allentown Pennsylvania using the internet to try to get her towed to. Based on their online reviews and the look of their website I called these guys and they were incredibly nice on the phone and said yes have her towed here and we will do our best. AAA towed her over there. The place was very clean and tidy and air conditioned and she had a very nice place to wait while they checked her car out. They were able to diagnose that it was a transmission issue and even though that is not their specialty they flushed and replaced her transmission fluid and she is currently back on the road in route again. They were incredibly nice. The place was incredibly clean. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to speak to someone so professional and kind on the phone in this situation and not worry about where my daughter was having to wait while her car was being worked on. And they were absolutely wonderful to her because she was very out of her element in the moment. Very affordable and very professional. I wish I could give

If you’re picky about who works on your car, take it to The Garage. They’ve done most of the mods and maintenance on my car, and their work has always been great. They genuinely care about the details and never rush anything. They’re always straight up with you, they actually know their stuff, and they treat your vehicle with total respect. It’s hard to find a shop with this much integrity and pride in their work.

I’ve taken my car here multiple times for oil changes and other mechanical repairs, and every experience has been smooth and hassle free. The staff consistently takes the time to explain what’s going on with the vehicle, which I really appreciate. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and they genuinely listen to customer concerns before recommending any work. It’s clear they care about providing quality service and making sure customers feel informed and confident about their vehicle. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this garage enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. As someone who doesn't know a lot about vehicles, I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my van without making me feel pressured or talked down to. The work they did was excellent, and my van is running better than it has in a long time. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. It's hard to find an honest shop that genuinely cares about its customers, but this team absolutely does. If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy mechanics who do great work and treat you like family, I highly recommend giving them a call. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here in the future! 🚐⭐

Excellent service from start to finish. I went in for brake work and an inspection, and they did an outstanding job. They were very professional, explained everything clearly, and completed the work in a timely manner. The service was honest, the price was fair, and my car feels great now. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality and reliable auto service.
